Say what's true
We don't publish numbers we can't stand behind or claim capabilities we don't have. If something isn't confirmed, it doesn't go on the website.
Make it usable
Training software fails when people avoid it. Every decision we make is weighed against whether a busy manager on a Tuesday afternoon would actually do it.
Support properly
Onboarding is done with you. After go-live you still get a person, not a ticket number and a knowledge base article.
Be easy to leave
Your training records are yours. You should be able to export them and go elsewhere if we stop being the right fit.
