Onboarding
Making new-starter training consistent across every manager
Onboarding quality usually varies by manager. Turning induction into a defined pathway fixes that in one step.

Variation is the real risk
Most organisations do not have an onboarding problem so much as an onboarding-consistency problem. One manager runs a thorough induction; another covers what they remember on a busy shift.
The result is uneven risk and uneven time-to-competence.
Define the pathway per role
Write down what a new starter in each role completes, in order, and in what timeframe. Keep it short enough that it actually gets finished.
Trigger it automatically
The pathway should assign itself the moment someone is added, so nothing depends on a manager remembering.
Give the manager visibility, not homework
A manager should be able to see progress without asking, and be prompted only when something is behind.
Close the loop
When the pathway completes, that should become a permanent record on the person's file — which is also the thing you will be asked for later.
